During the production process, artwork is printed at our Alberton floor using premium cast vinyl rolls made for heavy fleet use. To withstand extreme dust, chemical exposure, and UV rays, each panel is finished with heavy-duty UV-protective laminates that lock in corporate colors and guarantee durability under grueling work cycles.
The final application process is handled by specialized industrial vinyl fitters who conform the material around rivets, joints, and textured steel surfaces without peeling. This master-level application transforms GHM’s fleet into mobile billboards across Johannesburg while providing a protective shield for the underlying machinery.
